Basecamp Resorts is proud to partner with CAMBA (Canmore and Area Mountain Bike Association) to support the development of the Benchlands Mountain Bike Park. A transformative project that will bring new opportunities for riders and visitors to the town of Canmore. Our funding will help make this project a reality, allowing CAMBA to focus on designing and building world-class trails. By providing access to well-maintained trails and educational resources, we aim to collectively inspire new and seasoned riders to contribute to the vibrant mountain biking community in our region.
Who is CAMBA?
CAMBA (Canmore and Area Mountain Bike Association) is a non-profit organization dedicated to building and maintaining sustainable trails in Canmore and surrounding areas. Their mission goes beyond creating incredible biking trails – they also advocate for responsible trail use and faster a vibrant, inclusive trail community.

The Benchlands Mountain Bike Park Project: A Vision for Community
The Benchlands Mountain Bike Park Project will not only unify and modernize bike facilities but will also include new trails and features for riders of all levels and styles. Some exciting new additions will include a paved pump track plus a drop and mulch pit zone. But this project is about more than just trails and features. It’s about creating a safe and progressive hub for locals and visitors alike to gather and participate in multiple styles of riding through propose-built bike amenities.
